About Gabriela
Gabriela Eftimova is a pianist working between classical and film music, with a focus on storytelling and the therapeutic dimension of music.
Having been born in Pisa, Italy, and grown up in Varna, Bulgaria, she has a deep connection to both cultures.
At the age of 18, she moved to Germany to study at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen, where she continues to live and work.
Gabriela is the creator of Keys Tell Stories, an artistic project built around thematic concert performances in which music, narrative elements, and visual concepts come together to create an immersive experience.
Beyond the concert stage, she independently creates, films, and edits her own music videos, shaping each project from the initial concept to its final cinematic form.
Her artistic work extends into pedagogy and interdisciplinary practice. She is the creator of the Eftimova-Method, an approach to piano training that integrates classical technique with a mindful and holistic perspective.
She is also a certified teacher of Yin-Yoga and meditation, as well as a music therapist, bringing together music, body awareness, and mental focus in her work.
